Salary: £32,500 – £40,000 per annum

The Garden Project Co. is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled Hard Landscape Team Leader / Project Manager to join our growing team. Our clients are discerning, and our Directors prioritise precision, passion, and pride in every project. We aim to create dream gardens and build lasting legacies.

The Role:
As a Hard Landscape Team Leader / Project Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality landscaping projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires a comprehensive landscaping skillset and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of landscapers.
Ability to install all types of paving, decking and turf, including artificial, to an exemplary standard using modern-day best practices.
Maintain a thorough understanding of levels and gradients.
Work diligently in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £32,500 – £40,000 per annum.
Working hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday.
30 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and your birthday off.

Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping and team management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northamptonshire.
