What We Do

Step 1:
Getting in touch

We get to know you, your current garden, and have our first discussion around what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll begin to summarise what we can create with your garden space, its layout and any structural problems. Our garden designs are always fully bespoke, so we often have a solution to the most intricate of requirements.

Step 2:
Initial Consultation

Our designer, Chris, meets you at your home to discuss your aspirations, vision and ideas. Together, we work out a brief for the design of your new garden. Chris will then show you previous projects for inspiration, to help you truly determine your ‘must have’ aspects. Typically, Chris likes to spend 1-2 hours making recommendations & suggestions and in this time, a comprehensive survey of the garden will be carried out, including measurements, gradients and soil samples. We leave nothing to chance.

Step 3:
Design and 3D Render

You will be welcomed into our showroom to view your new garden design, shown as 3D renders with powerful videos and still imagery. This gives you an opportunity to really study your new garden and be taken through every aspect of your design, giving you the opportunity to tweak aspects now everything can be easily visualised.

We also show you exactly how said design will look in both daylight and at night, given your space has the ability to look completely different in the evening, when you’re enjoying a summer dinner outside. You’ll also be shown the exact materials that have been selected for your garden in our showroom, whilst enjoying a warm coffee or chilled beverage.

Step 4:
Turning Dreams to Reality

Once the design has been agreed and the instruction has been given for us to construct your new outdoor space, your project will then be handed over to our Operations Director, Toby and Contracts Manager, Aaron. Both will fully oversee and manage your project alongside our on-site Project Manager and their team until completion & sign off. You will be assigned your own highly experienced installation team, with most installations typically taking 4-6 weeks depending on the size of project and space.

Step 5:
Completion

Once the final inspection and approval process is complete, your designer will come out to toast your new garden with a glass of champagne. Plus, we will run through a range of before and after imagery, just so you can truly visualise your new outdoor-space.

Step 6:
Garden Aftercare

After every install is complete, it’s important to us to present you with a care package for your new investment to ensure that it looks its very best in every season for years to come.
